This is what I'm doing now. It's July 1, 2026

I recently returned from Atlanta Georgia where I recorded my signature talk on a big stage in a studio and a podcast room so that it can be professionally edited and released on YouTube where I'm guaranteed 50k views.

They will also make a sizzle reel that combines clips and other footage I submit.

This is my launch into the speaking arena.

I'm hoping to present to companies and other organizations my message that you don't need authority to make change happen, you just need a movement.

I still work for the Boeing company remotely. But this will be a side effort gig. And depending on how well it goes will determine a timeline for retirement.

It's something I enjoy doing and people or companies will pay for.

This also means that I'll need to be way more active on social media. Watch for my handles @movementmakings on Instagram and YouTube, and subscribe to my https://movementmakings.com Substack site.

I'm also speaking in Manchester, UK at the Theory of Constraints annual conference in September of this year. It's my first big stage, even though they're not paying me.
